Overall, MNMED absolutely met my expectations. I took a risk to completely rebuild one of our machines, and the techs went through the nature of the repair, the costs, the potential risks and what they could or could not guarantee.  I greatly appreciated their honesty and transparency.  Their technicians always show up promptly and makes necessary repairs or evaluations quickly, not wasting any time.  I always recommend MNMED.

Working with Minnesota Medical has been a great experience. Jim is efficient, proactive, and never hesitates to take on challenging projects. Since our recent installations, we’ve seen a significant improvement—our equipment is running more reliably, and the systems that were replaced have been much more dependable. Water purity requires ongoing attention, but their team has been instrumental in identifying issues and guiding us through effective sterilization processes.

We tried a different vendor who was not as great, and that made us go back to Minnesota Medical. Anytime we need questions answered, someone is able to respond to us promptly. The technicians are friendly, and provide regular updates throughout the service and once their work is done. Here at the main clinic location, they let us know if there are any discrepancies we need to follow up on.

Ordering repair parts has worked great for me. MNMED answers our call, sources the necessary parts, provides a quote and quickly gets them to me. Their staff are very friendly and helpful.

The service was great – Tomas really took his time and was able to not only get everything serviced but was able to educate as well, as some of our staff had some questions he was able to answer. Our experience working with the technicians has been great.
